I acknowledge that any changes to the service I want to achieve after the appointment must be brought to the stylist's attention within 48 hours of the service. If changes are made after that period the service will be charged accordingly and additionally. I am fully responsible for the total payment of services rendered at the end of the appointment. I also understand the explanations of the entire service. I have read this release form in its entirety, and I voluntarily accept the terms of the release by affixing my signature below, and warrant that I fully understand its contents.
